We finished up the story I had written for all of you followers last night so I plan on posting some teasers from my WIPs as well as some from a couple of pieces that will be hitting shelves around December 31, 2014! Hope you enjoy ;-)

This teaser is from my YA WIP tentatively titled "Supernatural Witch":

She liked her guys older, only three to five years --- something that irritated her father to be sure --- and maybe that’s why these girls didn’t like her.

The first time Alice had gotten violent with Mitchie was on a Wednesday and between their first two morning classes. It seemed that Alice had really wanted the headband that Mitchie had worn to school that day, but Mitchie was having known of it. She had been told --- more times than she could count --- that her martial arts where only to be used to defend herself, so when Alice tried to take the headband, she blocked the move. That seemed to only succeed in making her more angry but Mitche wasn’t about to back down. It was one thing to call her names, things she could shrug off as nonsense, but to try to take the headband her mother had given her before she died was crossing a line that Mitchie wouldn’t let happen.

Alice seemed to have given up so Mitchie went on to her Home Economics class, leaving behind the unpleasantness. It wasn’t until lunchtime that she came to find out that Alice really hadn’t let the matter go. She felt that she had been snubbed in front of her clique and that just wouldn’t do! She needed to show Mitchie the way things were in their Middle School, make an example out of her so that other girls wouldn’t try to make a stand.
